They combined efficiency, correctness, responsiveness, expertise and above all kindness and helpfulness throughout the whole process: discussions and advice beforehand on setting the price and organizing the sale, the search for and delicate management of contacts with prospective buyers, the management of visits (even though the chalet is not very easily accessible), the numerous administrative steps to prepare the compromis and then the deed of sale.
