I've just completed the sale of my alpine chalet, and I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the work done by Stéphanie, Melissa, Clément and the whole Alpesvente team throughout the process. They combined efficiency, correctness, responsiveness, expertise and above all kindness and helpfulness throughout the whole process: discussions and advice beforehand on setting the price and organizing the sale, the search for and delicate management of contacts with prospective buyers, the management of visits (even though the chalet is not very easily accessible), the numerous administrative steps to prepare the compromis and then the deed of sale. I felt perfectly supported through all these stages, from start to finish, which was all the more important given that, due to the health crisis, everything had to take place at a distance. In conclusion, I can only highly recommend this agency for the sale of this type of property in the region, all the more so as, icing on the cake, the agency fees remain quite reasonable given the quality and quantity of services provided.
